Not sure about the date on this one, but it sounds like the mid-1990s. But, it was a good broadcast, and one I have returned to from time to time. There's just something about a police state...

1995-06-28 Fair Use Follies

I love the technique of taking sounds and mixing them together. William S. Burroughs has said, "When you cut into the present, the future leaks out." This is a lot of what happened during this broadcast, with a few of my favorite sample-laden songs for fun and edification mixed in with some other music. Just the first hour of a 90 minute program.
