1997-07-30 Big Fish Lounge
Lounge music takes the sounds of the 1950’s and 1960’s and worships them. The sounds are either recreated or sampled and then put together to sound like they are from another time. Yes, they are from another time. But, I like them! Here is a journey through the lounge music available in the late 1990’s. Music includes: Tipsy, James B and the Royal American Orchestra, Grus-Grus, and from Rhino Records we heard selections from Bachelor’s Guide to the Galaxy, Lounge Music Part 2, Mondo Exotica and more.
