98-01-21 Joy Division Salute

They were a short-lived band, but have been recognized worldwide as one of the most important bands in the history of rock and roll. I love this band. Ian Curtis put an end to all of this when he committed suicide in May of 1980. The group went on to become New Order after that. Something fresh but dark was revealed to me in this music. I keep listening to it over 25 years later.
